Best Wine Bar in PJ : Château DeCanter - Now you can do wine tasting in Malaysia

A wine lover like myself believe that a good wine paired with unique food makes me enjoy more! I'm glad to pay a visit to this newly opened wine bar at TTDI PJ with Kai. I was totally hyped up for this visit to Château DeCanter and it met all my expectations.

First of all, I like the ambience when I first stepped in. The space is just nice, not too big and so I can expect less noise and crowd even during busy hours. The music in here is perfect! I can tell that the playlist is specially picked and jazz is the major melody here. There's a piano inside the wine bar, there will be live piano or saxophone performance during weekend.

The space is separated by smoking and non-smoking area, as well as a special vip room, it looks like a cigar room to me with unique deco and comfy sofas inside it.

Wine, is the only alcoholic drink that I'm truly enjoying.

Best diving spot in Malaysia & Borneo: Scuba Tiger, the diving resort in Semporna Sabah

Just back to my home sweet home and I can't wait to share my very first scuba diving experience with y'all! I've went through the DSD ( Discovery Scuba Diving ), a program offered by PADI, it's a quick and easy introduction to what it takes to explore the underwater world.

Thanks to Scuba Tiger a beach and seaside resort located on the mainland of Semporna, the gateway to all the beautiful and heavenly islands around the east coast of Sabah who invited me for this wonderful experience, finally I'm exploring more about Malaysia!

Was worried about the safeness at first, as I've heard people keep talking about the kidnapping incident years back. Feel glad that I've made my trip here to witness the beauty of Semporna!

It's stunning!

Took me three hours from KLIA Malaysia flew to Tawau, and an hour ride from Taiwau airport to ScubaTiger Resort.

I stayed in a water villa cost RM400 - RM500 per night depends on season. Price is affordable compare to Maldives, and the best part is - it's not crowded at all! I can then relax to the max!

I did a day of island hopping with ScubaTiger and snorkelling at the middle of the sea. Then I did my DSD ( Discovery Scuba Diving ) with their experienced tutor. It cost about RM500 and it's totally worth it! For those who plan to dive can go for this DSD program and see if you really like it before you go for and get your diving licence. The ocean is huge. Colourful corals and fishes are dancing in front of my eyes, and I also swim with my favourite sea turtle. I found myself inner peace while I'm under the sea.

The water is ultimate! Crystal Clear!

I really love this place. You don't need to pay a big money but it's totally stunning as Maldives! I love how peaceful it is, no crowd and not touristy. People are friendly here, food are good and Thanks to ScubaTiger for my wonderful diving and holiday experience in such a lovely place.

IPOH Day Trip : Food Hunting with my BFF

Ipoh was in my To-go list for quite a long time but I was so busy previously till last month, my manager, Nataly came out an idea for a day trip down to Ipoh for food hunting, oh gosh! Fooooooooood!!!!

We were so exciting for this food hunting trip! Three of us, Nataly, Catie and I left KL city early in the morning with a cup of my favourite Starbucks coffee in our hands. Ipoh is still a new place to me as this is my second visit. I always heard about delicious food and heritage shop houses in Ipoh from friends, and Voila!

Hello Ipoh!

The Shorea, Seremban : Back to Nature. Forest Getaway in Malaysia

Spectacular view of the rainforest, fresh air, and tranquil atmosphere, what's not to love?

I recently visited to this villa for team building and it was an awesome experience!
There are 3 different resorts with such concept within the same area: The Shorea, The Dusun and Awanmulan. The journey to this secluded resort took about 30 minutes from the Seremban city, and about 1.5 hours from KL.

We got ourselves the Villa Shorea & Villa Halia with ample space to fit 9 adults and 1 kid, equipped with private kitchenette, bathroom and balcony of forest view. Good amenities, kitchen utensils and bath towels are provided. It cost us RM2120 for maximum 10 pax to enjoy the villas, additional charges at RM200 for every extra pax added.

Being right next to the Berembun Forest Reserve, this is as close to nature as we can get. For those who are interested, you can also arrange to go for jungle trekking (comes with a fee) or visit the nearby waterfall.

Three Little Birds Cafe Review

A hipster cafe located outside the crowd, a cafe that I wanted to return in no time - Three Little Birds Cafe is definitely worth a visit. The place is comfy, spacious & welcoming. Besides of good ambience, this place is all about the coffee. Coffee served was good temperature, clear and good. Coffee's aroma stirs into my brain when I first entered to Three Little Birds Cafe. Mmmm, can't wait to have a cup of happiness with me.

Scenic cafe that serves good cafe, best of all - FREE basement parking! Loved the place enough to come back. Thanks to Andy, Yuan who brought me here!

What Time Out says:

The folks behind Artisan Roast have come a long way since their humble RAW days. This breezy new café in Sentul’s airy D7 building is testament to their maturing style and quality. We suggest you lock your spot at the outdoor patio where vines entwine around thick ropes; for a precious while, you’ll feel completely disengaged from the city buzz. A Three Little Birds coffee blend is in the making, but take temporary refuge in a punchy Mandheling roast or other rotating single origins. If you’re lucky, coffee connoisseur Joey Mah will be your trusty barista behind the whizzing machine. Meanwhile, hot chocolates here are made using single origin Kalingo 65 percent Valrhona, superbly expensive French-imported chocolate buttons.

Burgertory @ SS15 Subang Jaya

What's not to love when there's Bacon??

Spent my lovely afternoon with my lovely girl, Shirlene in Subang yesterday. As we didn't meet for almost a year, we talked about everything to sync our stories together - career, fitness, future plans and food. Guess what? She is absolutely a Food Guru, or I should call her a "Food Hunter". Efficiency is the word to describe her as the recommended food links were sent to my phone while she is sharing her food hunting experiences and reviews. I can see her eyes were on fire!

And then, she brought me to one of her recommendation which is located right near to us - Burgertory.

Burgertory is located in SS15 Subang Jaya near Taylor's college. It's on the 1st floor, above Guardian. Parking can be quite a problem but luckily we got ours within a minute. It's like a factory with exposed pipes, light bulb lightings, long communal tables and wooden benches along a narrow diner space. Nevertheless, it feels comfortable and soothing as well as welcoming.

[Review+Giveaway] 100 Doraemon Malaysia Secret Gadgets Expo

100 Doraemons!! I feel so great that I have a chance to visit to their second expo located in JB City Square, a great news to those who fancy Doraemon but missed the first expo like myself. The expo located in the main lobby of the mall and you can easily find the ticket counter in front of McDonald's.

I found myself acting like a happy kid when I first stepped into the expo, let's imagine a hundred Doraemons smiling at you! Feel so excited, especially when the Doraemon's theme music was playing in different languages. =)

2 days in Kuala Lumpur

My colleagues and I travelled to KL two weeks ago for Jeannie's wedding lunch. The food was creative and yummy , we truly enjoyed it with their cosy environment. Thanks to Jeannie for the invitation!

I have to thank to my lovely buddies -Bengyie, who fetch us from the airport to town during midnight ; and Nataly who brought us to eat a lot of nice food and sent us to the airport at the end of our trip. Appreciate it so so much! ^^  *clapssss*

We visited and shopped at one of the famous shopping mall in KL , Pavilion. I love the Christmas decoration there and I feel that is much more attractive compare to the one in Orchard road.

( Malacca ) A short escape to the historical town ~ I love coconut shake and Jonker street

I was on my vacation in KL last week and my buddies asked me to join their Malacca trip for a night. I have good impression with this historical town and yes I am glad to join them. We drove from KL to Malacca and it took us about two hours to reach.

We were so hungry as we started our journey early in the morning without taking any breakfast. Thanks to Beng yie who brought us to the famous Klebang coconut shake and Nasi lemak in Melaka. It was so refreshing especially for it's super hot weather.

Then we went back to the hotel and took a shower before we explored the shopping malls and Jonker street. There are night markets and variety of shops in Jonker street selling souvenir and we found a lot of yummy food there.

We had our massage at night and also supper at one of the mamak restaurant located opposite of the hotel. I still remember the time is exactly twelve in the morning, It was Malaysia's national day and therefore  we had our supper with fireworks. Amazing night ~

( Penang ) Murals of George Town by Ernest Zacharevic , Street Painting in Penang

Honestly, I really want to meet him in person!  Ernest Zacharevic , the artist who paints in the street for the project in Penang, known as " Mirrors George Town " for George Town Festival 2012. The painting of a bicycle with two kids on Armenian Street gained lots of attention from the photographers or the tourists to join the Fun to pose uniquely with the painting.

I feel sad that I do not have enough time to visit all his painting during my Penang trip, but I'm happy to share all his artwork for Penang Street painting here ..  ^^

( Penang ) I am the princess! Deluxcious Heritage Hotel~ The Super Fancy Hotel in Penang Island

Deluxcious, a sweet hotel in Penang. A combination of white and green , looks natural and comfortable.I found this hotel from the web, and booked it from Agoda.com. It cost me about sgd$80-90 per night, a little pricy but it's a good experience to stay here ~ First of all, the design and the decoration are stunning! I hardly see this kind of hotel in M'sia or Singapore..clap clap ** And the staffs here are friendly. I checked in the hotel 2 hours before 12pm,and extended 1 hour of the checked out time without any extra charges. Let's see the photos of the hotel and my review is at the bottom of the post..
